Malik Riaz Hussain Distributes Relief Cheques to Victims of Timber Market Fire Incident

Bahria Town Chairman Malik Riaz was quoted saying , here on Friday, that him and his team at Bahria town are looking ahead to make  Karachi a beautiful city with a vision to transform it into a modern metropolitan city, right on the lines of Hong Kong and Dubai port cities, to bring more pride to the citizens of the country. Malik Riaz Hussein put through these words during cheques distribution ceremony organized at Darbar Hall of Sindh Governor House which was attended by Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan, Bahria Town Chairman Malik Riaz Hussain, Sindh Information and Local Government Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, along with various public representatives and business community leaders.

During the ceremony, as many as 42 effected residents and traders of Karachi Timber Market fire incident were given compensation cheques of Rs1 million each by Bahria Town on Friday. Whilst doing the same, he stated that he is not doing any extra favors whilst distributing compensation to affected people of Timber Market fire incident as he always believe in Allah almighty who have taught us to render our services in whatever manner we can, to the betterment of humanity.

Malik Riazalso said that he hope that the Sindh government would also go by their promises and commitments, earlier made in regards for the rehabilitation and support of Timber Market fire incident victims. He further added that he will be spending Rs42 billion in next 11 months to facilitate the construction of magnificent and impressive road traffic corridor in Karachi. Bahria Town chief also stated that his construction process will bring in six new fire tenders which can further be used to tackle any fire emergency situation in the country.

Malik Riaz Hussain Bahria Town said that if any of the victims of the Timber Market fire incident faces any sort of issues whilst getting the compensation by Bahria town, he or she can contact his son-in-law Zain Malik and lodge their grievances and complaints.
